Logikcull – a file organization and discovery firm – is one of these. The company just announced a $4 million seed round led by Storm Ventures, with participation from Gainsight CEO Nick Mehta and investor Anshu Sharma. Logikcull will use the new money to hire another ten sales and marketing jobs to its roster to facilitate growth. Storm Ventures director Jason Lemkin will be taking a seat on the company board. “We’ve got a great investor who’s more than just a piggy bank and we’re pretty happy about that,” says Logikcull CEO Andy Wilson. Next year could see the company look for another round of funding, he added.
