Industry Resource from U.S. District Judge Paul Grimm and Kevin Brady

The recently published Admissibility of Electronic Evidence chart by Paul W. Grimm and Kevin F. Brady is a concise yet complete guide for helping legal and information professionals consider the legal admissibility of electronically stored information (ESI) as evidence. Highlighted eloquently in a post earlier this week (Handy Chart on E-Admissibility) by eDiscovery expert Craig Ball on his excellent blog, Ball In Your Court, the chart is, in Craig’s words “handsome to look at and easy to use.”

Provided with permission from the authors is a copy of the six-page PDF chart for your use and consideration.
